No I don't think so, I've tried looking for one so I can find out old passwords and what sites I've signed up for, just in case there's something there. But alas.
Is there a program that will allow me to enter an email address and see what sites it has been used on?
No.....why would you need to? Assuming its your email address, you already know what sites you have used it on.
