Dear yahoo. I can get on your site but cannot get into the email program..............why??????

im trying to get into my email to read and send msgs but cant get in.............keep getting cant find server............i can get on aol though. whats up???

Log out of everything, and shut down all internet windows, go to control panel, uninstall/remove programs, choose messenger. redownload and reinstall it. This is messing everything up.

Last week, there were some intermittent login issues that affected many of the Yahoo! Messenger users (and some Yahoo! Mail users). While it wasn鈥檛 an issue to login to Yahoo! Answers, as you can see that those affected by the login issue were able to come on here and ask questions, some Yahoo! sites/products were affected. This intermittent issue occured from June 20th - June 22nd.

the trick is you have to right click the "mail" on the upper left corner of this page and left click new tab or new window. it worked for me
