In most cases you can upload a CSV or TXT comma delimited file to an online address book... Save the file in excel as text seperated by commas and try it.
Your address book should have the option to "import".

Reply:Open your Yahoo mail account.
On the left select address book
On the right select import/export
Excel should work as a file (I think that is line 3)
