Is there any email programs that can work with my Hotmail account?
pop3 access from what i know is only available for plus users, however according to lifehacker you can use it for free now with outlook, thunderbird or any other mail clients.





POP server: pop3.live.com (Port 995)


POP SSL required? Yes


User name: Your Windows Live ID, for example yourname@hotmail.com


Password: The password you usually use to sign in to Hotmail or Windows Live


SMTP server: smtp.live.com (Port 25)


Authentication required? Yes (this matches your POP username and password)


TLS/SSL required? Yes





those are the recommended settings. give it a shot.
Reply:hotmail doesn't use pop e-mail anymore.if you want to use an e-mail porgram with hotmail go to www.getlive.com and download live mail.when you install it then it will ask your username and password then it will setup everything for you.
Reply:There's quite a lot out there but I like Thunderbird from Mozilla.
