In your options..check your accounts to see if you have it entered twice.

In the last two days, I've been receiving two of every email. My email program is Outlook 2000.?
it is just a backup sent from your isp it has been hsppening to me for years so i called annd was told it is not unusual to lose emails so they are send additional copies so you will be sure to get atleast one of them
