Is there a program to extract all my customer's email address who has paid me via paypal?

I'm trying to compile a list of people and their email adds from my paypal account. Either that or I'll hire a data entry personnel huh? thanks

Hi, I was just searching around in PayPal for your answer . . . I enjoy solving problems. I'm not sure if I found what you are needing/wanting, but I thought I'd give it a shot. I'm always up to a challenge!!! Especially when it’s 4:30 in the morning and the dogs just woke me up to go outside*raised eyebrow* LOL!

HERE GOES:

1)Click on "History Tab"

2)Click on "Download my History" (upper left hand side)

Choose from one of the two options below:

"Custom Date Range"

(Download all payments that started within the date range you specify.)

OR

"Last Download to Present" *Learn More Option*

(Use this new option to download all completed payments since 7/22/2007)

File Types for Download include Adobe Reader, Microsoft Office Document Imaging, Microsoft Word, Quattro Pro for Windows Executable, Quicken %26amp; Quickbooks, amoung other options.

OR:

1)Click on History

2)Click on Payments received.

3)Gives you the list of payments received.

When you click on “details”, it gives you their ID#, their name, their email addy, total amount, date, time, status, payment type.

BUT then you would have to print them all out and transfer to a spread sheet.....YUCK for you! (You can hire me, I completely enjoy working with spread sheets...lol!)

Think you’re a lot better off with the first option if it will download for you. I gave up fighting with it, wayyyyy toooooo earlyyyy for my brain to work so meticulous.

You may also purchase or download free tools under “Downloadable History Log Updates”. Windows Live Search has a lot of programs to download for free. http://www.windowsmarketplace.com/catego...

I’m sorry that I couldn’t give you a DIRECT and PRECISE answer! I hope that the first option will perform as you need! I also hope that someone HAS THE CORRECT STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS . . . I sure would like to have all this info at my fingertips!

Best Wishes, Deb a.k.a./Two Feather
Reply:Since you have to be logged into PayPal to view data like that, you'll probably be better off hiring someone to do it for you.

Sorry!
Reply:You will have to do it manually, or hire a data entry clerk.
