How do you send an email of a video? Do you know of a program on microsoft that I can attach a video to email?

you don't need a 'program'. you "compose" a new message, select the "attach" button. Next page will say "browse" to find the file - on hard drive, CD, floppy. Choose the file you want and click 'attach' above that. then click 'send' message.
