Email client (program) which uses a *database* for it's contacts list?

Is there an email client/program which uses MS ACCESS or MySQL - instead of text/csv - for it's address book / contact list?





I need this because I use another program which must access the address book /contacts list via odbc (which MSAccess or MySQL have available; they will work for our purposes).
