When you are in the compose window, click on attach files then browse for the photos you want to send and follow the prompts.

You don't say which program but you can do two ways. Most programs have a send this photo by email in the toolbar or when you right click your mouse over the picture. IT will bring up the email with the photo usually as an attachment, and you filll in the address of who you are sending it too.





The other way is to save the file to your harddrive in easy to find spot. Open email program and start message. Click on add file or attachment then add it from your hard drive.
