That really depends on the mail program. On my school mail program it works if you use basic html in emails, but others might not.
Reply:easy. just create a html file and add it as

an attachment.

when u mail it it appears as a part of mail.
Reply:This is a method you can use if you have MS Outlook.

First create your email as a HTML page. You will also need to ensure any picture elements are stored on a web server and that any reference to the pictures have a full path name "http://www.yourwebsite/full/path/toyour...

Once you've got the HTML page looking right. You can import it into Outlook - Chose Options form the Tools menu, select the Mail Format tab, Click Stationary Picker, Click New and navigate to your template design Click OK .

When you click New Mail you will now have your HTML page as Stationary. Make sure if you mail it to multiple recipients make sure you use the BCC field.

If you your doing this for a business you could also use one of the many online email providers. This will simplify the creation of campaigns and allow you to upload email addresses as a spread sheet. I've included a few links below for your info.

Also to clarify Outlook users can now opt not to download images for their emails until they chose to do so. This is because images can be used as a "beacon" to alert spammers that a email address is live. For more info on this subject follow the link:

Best of luck
Reply:It really depends on what e-mail client you are using. Some clients just let you type basic HTML and lets you insert picture tags (%26lt;a href...). Such as AOL and Outlook, other clients give you the option in 'Options' or 'Settings'.
