Outlook 2002 'program trying to access email addresses"?

I cannot put names in my address book as every time I do, I get the above pop-up message. Very annoying! Any suggestions?

Don't use outlook, try using Thunderbird ( http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/thunderbird... ), or any one of the dozens of other email programs available.
