I have a picture on my sprint telephone and downloaded to email but can't open it. What program do I use?

I have tried to open the picture by importing to Picasa, using Fine Pix Viewer but it won't open. I am trying to open it so I can crop it and print. Tell me what I'm doing wrong or tell me what I need to open the picture. I want to take it off my phone but won't until I have it safe and printed.

What type of file is it? I would try opening it using just an internet page...Internet Explorer, for example, if you use that. Then if it comes up that way I would right click and save it.


You could also try opening the file in Paint, or in Windows fax/picture viewer as well.





Just be sure that when you click on the file and hit "open with" and select the program, uncheck the box at the bottom that says to open it with that program every single time.
