Does anyone know of a database program that can be updated by email?

Our database is an Excel spreadsheet that we would like to import into a database program. We would like to update by email, like Plaxo. Plaxo doesn't allow imports from any program other than certain email providers. Help!!

I was with you on importing data from Excel into Access but I don't know Plaxo and I don't understand what you mean by 'update by an email'. Can you provide more details of what you are trying to do... I may be able to help.
